What is a Worry Stone? A worry stone is a small, smooth stone that is shaped like an oval and has a thumb-shaped indentation. The object of worry stones is to rub the thumbprint back and forth as a way to calm the mind. There are a number of benefits to keeping a worry stone on hand, but the main one would have to be stress relief.
Worry stones are mostly used when you're feeling stressed. This encompasses so many scenarios; big interview coming up? Getting ready for a date? Stressing about the state of the world? The sky's the limit with these stones.
