I have three styles of Tibetan Singing Bowls for you to choose from. They measure 4" across and 2.5 inches high and come with a wooden striker and a cushion for the bowl to sit on, or you can hold it in your hand when using the signing bowl.
The Green has the OM Symbol. Lucky 8 is Black as is the Hamas Hand Symbol. These all come with a striker and a cushion.
To use a singing bowl put it in the palm of your non dominant hand with no fingers on any part of the bowl. Basically hold your hand out flat like you would when feeding a horse. Grip your mallet by the wooden end and gently strike the bowl on the outside to produce a single rich, resonant note then drag your mallet along the outer edge of the bowl's rim with light pressure to produce a continuous “singing” sound.
Singing bowls have a variety of supposed benefits including reducing pain, anxiety, and depression, aiding meditation and sleep, and balancing your chakras
