I have three styles of VIRNDA Tibetan Singing Bowls for you to choose from. They measure 4" across and 2.5 inches high.
The Green has the OM Symbol. Lucky 8 is Black as is the Hamas Hand Symbol. These all come with a striker and a cushion.
To use a singing bowl put it in the palm of your non dominant hand with no fingers on any part of the bowl. You can also have it sit on the cushion when striking it. Grip your mallet by the wooden end and gently strike the bowl on the outside to produce a single rich, resonant note then drag your mallet along the outer edge of the bowl's rim with light pressure to produce a continuous “singing” sound.
Singing bowls have a variety of supposed benefits including reducing pain, anxiety, and depression, aiding meditation and sleep, and balancing your chakras
